Payment support
Last updated: June 26, 2026
Use payment support for checkout problems, pending transactions, duplicate charges, failed provider redirects, refund questions, and purchase records connected to your Oloroun account.
Payment status may involve Oloroun, the payment provider, mobile money operator, bank, card network, fraud review, and product fulfillment. Keep your transaction reference until the issue is resolved.
Contact support
For account, payment, launcher, or order issues that are not solved here, contact Oloroun support on WhatsApp at +330751014540. Include your account email, the product name, your transaction reference if payment is involved, and a short description of what happened.
Checkout help
Before paying, confirm that the product, price, country, currency, and payment method are correct. Some payment options are available only in supported countries or for eligible account states.
During checkout, keep the payment page open until the provider confirms the result or redirects you back to Oloroun. Closing the flow early can leave the transaction pending until the provider reports a final status.
Pending, failed, or duplicate payments
A pending transaction means Oloroun has not yet received a final success or failure result. Mobile money, bank, card, provider, or compliance checks can delay status updates.
For duplicate charges or a payment that succeeded with your provider but not in Oloroun, contact support with the transaction reference, amount, payment method, provider confirmation, purchase date, and account email.
Refund questions
Refund eligibility depends on product type, product page terms, purchase age, fulfillment state, usage, publisher restrictions, payment provider rules, fraud checks, and local consumer law.
Start with the Oloroun refund policy and transaction history. If self-service refund tools are unavailable, support can review the purchase when you provide the transaction reference, product name, account email, payment method, and reason for the request.
Payment safety
Oloroun support may need transaction references, provider confirmation screenshots, amounts, dates, and the last visible provider details. Support should not ask for your password, one-time code, full card number, PIN, or private payment credentials.
If someone asks you to pay outside the official Oloroun checkout, send money to a personal account, or share a security code, stop and report the conversation to support.
Frequently asked questions
Why is my transaction still pending?
Oloroun may be waiting for the payment provider to confirm success, failure, reversal, or review status. Check transaction history and avoid repeating the same payment unless the original transaction has clearly failed.
What information helps with a payment ticket?
Send your account email, transaction reference, product name, amount, date, payment method, provider confirmation, and a screenshot that does not expose sensitive credentials.
How are approved refunds returned?
Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Timing depends on the provider, mobile money operator, bank, card network, country, and review requirements.
What if I was charged but my library did not update?
Check transaction history first. If the transaction shows success but the product is missing, contact support with the transaction reference, account email, product name, and any provider confirmation.
