Launcher support
Last updated: June 26, 2026
The Oloroun launcher handles native PC actions that the browser cannot perform: installing games, launching games, uninstalling games, managing local runtimes, and completing device-bound operations.
Use this page when a web page tells you to install or open the launcher, when a library product is not starting from desktop, or when you need to understand what information support needs for a launcher issue.
Contact support
For account, payment, launcher, or order issues that are not solved here, contact Oloroun support on WhatsApp at +330751014540. Include your account email, the product name, your transaction reference if payment is involved, and a short description of what happened.
When the launcher is required
Use the launcher for install, play, uninstall, download progress, device validation, local file access, and desktop runtime behavior. These operations depend on your operating system and cannot be safely reproduced inside the web browser.
The web store can still help you discover games, buy supported products, manage wishlist, view library ownership, and review transactions before you continue on desktop.
Basic troubleshooting
Confirm that you are signed in with the same Oloroun account in both the web store and the launcher. Restart the launcher after an account, payment, or library change so it can refresh ownership and status.
If a download, install, or launch fails, check available disk space, network stability, operating system permissions, and whether security software is blocking the launcher or game folder. Capture the exact error message before retrying repeatedly.
Library and ownership issues
A newly purchased product may take a short time to appear in the launcher while payment and entitlement status finish syncing. Check transaction history first if the purchase is still pending or failed.
If the web library shows ownership but the launcher does not, sign out and back in, refresh the launcher library, and contact support with the account email, product name, transaction reference, and launcher version.
Safe support details
For launcher issues, send your operating system, launcher version, product name, install path if relevant, exact error text, and a screenshot. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or full payment credentials.
If support asks you to reinstall, first make sure your account email and product ownership are known. Reinstalling the launcher should not require sharing sensitive account secrets.
Frequently asked questions
Why does the website ask me to open the launcher?
The browser is limited to web-safe actions. Anything that touches local files, game runtimes, install folders, launch commands, or device identity belongs in the desktop launcher.
My purchase is complete but the launcher does not show it. What should I do?
Refresh the launcher library, confirm you are using the same account, and check transaction history. If it still does not appear, send support the account email, product name, transaction reference, and launcher version.
Can support install a game for me remotely?
No. Support can guide troubleshooting, but you should not give remote access, passwords, or one-time codes to anyone claiming they need them to install a game.
Which launcher problems should I report?
Report repeated install failures, launch errors, missing owned products, payment-to-library sync issues, download stalls, corrupted updates, and any message that blocks normal launcher use.
